Since the implementation of this project, all branches in Crédit Agricole Nord de France Group’s network have updated their information across a wide range of platforms (i.e: Google, Facebook, Waze…). As well as this, they have raised their average Google rating from 2.7/5 to 3.3/5. This has allowed them to improve the customer experience and to attract more traffic to their agencies.
