Nowadays, clients’ feedbacks have a huge impact on reservations and turnover in this field. According to a study conducted by PhoCusWright, 80% of people interviewed read between 6 and 12 reviews before booking on TripAdvisor. On top of that, 53% would not consider booking without having read any comments.
