From our beginnings... to today
A story written over time
Partoo was born out of a frustration we saw everywhere. Incredible local businesses… but invisible online. We told ourselves that had to change, and we created Partoo in 2014 to give them back control!
When we hit €1.2 million in ARR. It was more than just a number: it was proof that we were meeting a real need.
Yes! We were already over 40 in 2018, and ARR exceeded 2 million. We could already feel that something incredible was about to happen…
We grew through self-funding for 5 years. Then in 2019, we partnered with Webedia to shift into high gear.
Exactly. We launched the Apolloo plan: aiming for €100 million ARR by 2025. We didn’t just want to grow anymore; we really wanted to change scale.
Yes, a lot. First, we opened up to VSEs, SMEs, and independent professionals to meet the needs of all businesses, regardless of their size. Most importantly, we launched our new “Messages” product to allow businesses to truly get closer to their customers, just as we promised!
You could say that, yes… It’s hard to believe, but in just a few years, our teams have grown a hundredfold!
More than 300,000 establishments supported and €30 million in ARR over the year. We are starting to realise the scale of what we’ve built!
Yes, it’s a symbolic milestone for three reasons. Firstly, celebrating the 10th anniversary of this long adventure is inevitably quite moving. But it’s also the year of a real turning point; as we launched Jim, our AI agent capable of automating up to 90% of customer conversations. And the icing on the cake: we became “B Corp” certified, a label that is truly close to our hearts and resonates with our core values!
Trust. We obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification to guarantee the security of our customers. Because for us, growing also means being beyond reproach 👌.
