Our teams

Tech team

These two teams are organised into impact teams, each made up of a Product Manager, a Lead Fullstack Developer, and several Developers.

The Engineering team is responsible for maintaining the application and developing new products and features.

The Product team leads the strategy, design, and development of new products or features.

Customer Team

This team supports and looks after our clients – from large brands and public institutions to independent businesses – from the moment they sign up and throughout the entire collaboration.

The Customer Care team handles platform onboarding and provides ongoing technical support.

The Customer Success team trains clients to make the most of the platform and ensures their satisfaction.

Revenue team

This team oversees product sales and is structured around three key areas:

The Sales team works across four client segments: Key, Mid, SME, and SMB (networks with fewer than 20 points of sale).

Product Marketing and Solution Consultants are product and sales experts – they train both clients and internal teams on new features and how to use them.

The Marketing team helps generate leads and builds our brand image through content and events, engaging clients and our wider ecosystem.

Scale team

A cross-functional team focused on improving overall performance and organisational structure.

The Strategy team is made up of internal consultants who help structure projects, including go-to-market initiatives and M&A.

Finance, Legal & Operations implement the systems and processes that keep the company running smoothly.

The People team supports the employee experience from recruitment through every stage of their career and leads our CSR strategy.

Life at the office

  • Friday meetings: A weekly roundup where managers share the key updates of the week.
  • Partoo Academy: Every Friday, inspiring guest speakers – including CEOs and top-level athletes – share their expertise with the team.
  • Thematic months organised by our Workplace team to raise awareness or strengthen team cohesion around important topics.

Celebrations

  • Annual seminar in October (Parc Asterix in 2022, a Château seminar in 2023, and our 10-year anniversary celebration in 2024).

At Partoo, you can grow as either an expert or a manager. We’ve defined salary grids across multiple teams.

We strongly encourage internal mobility – whether through stepping into management, deepening your expertise, or moving between teams or departments. In fact, 15% of our roles are filled through internal mobility!

We nurture in-house expertise through tailored training programmes. Currently, we offer development tracks in management, communication, and languages. Our Sales teams also benefit from personalised support on new features and sales techniques.
