Partoo launches its MCP server and opens its platform to AI agents

Paris, June 3, 2026 – Partoo today announces the official launch of its MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, marking a new milestone in its transformation into a platform natively built for the AI agent era.

Already available to pilot customers for several weeks, Partoo’s MCP server enables AI assistants, autonomous agents, and MCP-compatible applications to interact directly with the platform’s data and features.

This announcement comes as the MCP protocol steadily establishes itself as the reference standard for connecting AI models to business software and information systems. Initially introduced by Anthropic and since widely adopted across the AI ecosystem, MCP standardizes interactions between AI agents and SaaS applications, significantly reducing integration complexity.

From user interface to user agent

For twenty years, SaaS software has relied primarily on graphical interfaces through which users navigate to view data or perform actions.

The rise of AI agents could fundamentally change this dynamic.

In the near future, many tasks could be performed directly from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or specialized business agents — without going through the underlying software’s interface at all.

In this model, applications become execution and data platforms that agents connect to via standardized protocols like MCP.

With Partoo’s MCP, an AI agent can now:

  • Retrieve and analyze customer reviews
  • Respond to reviews
  • Identify the main pain points raised by consumers
  • Monitor the reputation of a network of locations
  • Compare the performance of multiple establishments
  • Manage WhatsApp, Messenger, and SMS messages
  • Create Instagram or Maps posts
  • Connect local data to a CRM or business intelligence tool
  • Automate workflows involving multiple business systems

Companies can thus integrate their networks’ local data directly into their own AI assistants and workflows.

How to use Partoo’s MCP?

Using Partoo’s MCP server simply requires being a Partoo customer and holding a Partoo API key.

Within minutes, this key can be connected to a compatible MCP client such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or any other AI agent supporting the protocol. Once connected, the agent can automatically discover the tools made available by Partoo and interact with account data securely.

Users can then ask natural-language questions about their locations, reviews, or local performance — and integrate this data into broader workflows involving CRMs, business intelligence tools, or other business applications. Full setup documentation is available here: Partoo MCP Documentation.

As a concrete example, a network manager can ask their AI agent: “Analyze the last 500 reviews from my stores, identify the main customer pain points, compare them to those of my competitors, and generate a PDF report.” The agent then automatically orchestrates the necessary Partoo tool calls to deliver the result.

As part of the launch, access to the MCP server is currently included at no extra cost for all Partoo customers with API access. As usage grows and new capabilities are added, any potential changes to this model will be communicated accordingly.

A step toward a fully agentic platform

For Partoo, the MCP launch is not simply a new API. It represents a fundamental evolution in product architecture.

The company’s ambition is to enable users to query their local data in natural language directly within the platform, and to trigger operational actions from AI agents.

What is already available through Partoo’s MCP will be made accessible directly within the platform, allowing users to ask an agent to:

  • Respond to hundreds of customer reviews
  • Publish posts on social networks
  • Update information across multiple locations
  • Generate analytical reports
  • Orchestrate complex actions across multiple tools

MCP thus becomes the universal interaction layer between agents and the Partoo platform.

“We see MCP as a major advancement in how software will be used in the coming years. Today, users navigate interfaces. Tomorrow, they will collaborate with agents capable of executing tasks on their behalf. The launch of our MCP server is an important step in this vision. Ultimately, we also aim to leverage these agentic technologies within the Partoo interface itself, to unify all interactions with the platform.”

Jonas Bru, CTO of Partoo

Building the AI company of tomorrow

For several years, Partoo has invested heavily in artificial intelligence through review response automation, semantic analysis of customer feedback, conversational assistants, and automated workflows.

The MCP launch is a natural continuation of this journey.

The goal is to progressively evolve the platform from a traditional SaaS tool into a system capable of being used by both humans and AI agents alike.

“We have a very clear vision of what we are building. Traditional interfaces will not disappear overnight, but they will no longer necessarily be the primary entry point for all users. Our ambition is to transform Partoo into a deeply AI-driven company — one where agents can not only analyze local data but also act directly on day-to-day operations. MCP is an essential building block of this transformation.”

Thibault Renouf, Co-CEO of Partoo
