Thanks to this integration, you can now link your Apple Business Connect account to your Partoo account and seamlessly synchronise your local business information across Apple’s ecosystem. Here’s how it works.

What is Apple Business Connect?

Apple Business Connect is Apple’s free service that allows businesses to manage how their information appears across Apple Maps, Siri, Spotlight, Wallet and more. 

With this tool, brands can customise their listings (photos, opening hours, contact details), share updates directly on their place card with Showcases, and monitor their listing’s place card performance with insights.

How to link Apple Business Connect with your Partoo account

The integration process is simple and consists of three main steps. Once the initial setup is complete, Partoo handles everything else for you!

1. Create an account

To start, create a free Apple Business Connect account (if you haven’t already). Apple will then ask you to verify your business by submitting legal information (such as the lease or the utility bill that shows your location’s name and address) when you begin to setup features.

2. Link your Apple account to Partoo

Once your Apple Business Connect account is verified, you can connect it directly via the Partoo platform.

Go to Settings > Platforms > Apple Connection
You’ll be redirected to Apple Business Connect to confirm the link between your accounts.

3. Partoo syncs (or creates) your business listings

No manual action required — Partoo automatically manages the creation or association of your listings in Apple Business Connect.

There are 3 possible scenarios once your company is set up:

• You have an Apple Business Connect account but no locations on it: we will create all the locations listed in Partoo within your Apple Business Connect account.
• You have an Apple Business Connect account and have already created some of your locations: we will create the missing locations and match the existing ones with those in Partoo.
• You have an Apple Business Connect account, and all your locations are already created: we will match Partoo’s locations with those in Apple Business Connect.
