Manage your local visibility with Partoo
Got a question or a specific need? Our SEO and GEO experts support you at every step, turning your local data into a trusted reference in the eyes of Google and AI agents.
Your data feeds search engines and generative AI: the more complete it is, the better your chances of appearing in their mentions and recommendations. Partoo centralises all this information (opening hours, attributes, photos) in one place, then broadcasts it across all your platforms.
Partoo’s agents work around the clock to broadcast your information to the platforms that really matter for your local SEO and GEO. The result: flawless consistency, and customers who always find the right information, wherever they look for it.
Track the statistics for each of your listings (searches, calls, clicks to your website, directions), and your mentions in AI responses, outlet by outlet or across your entire network. These metrics measure your local SEO performance, helping you steer your web-to-store strategy effectively.
Partoo broadcasts your businesses’ information on the main platforms your customers use to find you, including AI agents like Gemini, Claude and ChatGPT.

Local SEO is your ability to appear at the top of Google results for searches with a geographical dimension, for example “garage in Leeds” or “hairdresser in Manchester”. It relies on specific signals (your Google Business Profile listing, consistency of information across the web, customer reviews) that add to traditional SEO criteria. Building your local visibility also means appearing in new search formats such as AI Overviews (AI-generated summaries shown at the top of Google results) and AI Mode (Google’s conversational search mode), which rely on these same trust signals.
Partoo broadcasts your information across two types of platforms: direct broadcast sites, where we send your business information directly, and indirect broadcast sites, which pick up this information from our direct broadcast sites.
– Direct broadcast: Google Business Profile, Google Maps, Facebook, JustacotĂ©, Snapchat, Hoodspot, phone directories (118 000, etc.), Waze, Here, TomTom, Apple Maps, RĂ©ducavenue.
– Indirect broadcast: Garmin, CityMapper, ViaMichelin, Coyote, Uber, Mapster, Twitter, Pinterest, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Assistant, Siri, Cortana, etc.
Note that other platforms may be added depending on the terms of your contract.
– Broadcast to LLMs*: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.
*There’s no direct broadcast here, but consistent, complete and up-to-date information across all your platforms gives you a better chance of appearing in the different LLMs’ answers. Claude and ChatGPT rely heavily on Google Maps.
Google and AI assistants compare the information available across multiple sources (directories, GPS, social networks) to assess how reliable a business is. An address or phone number that differs from one platform to another blurs this signal and can hurt your local search ranking. This consistency also matters for your GEO. AI Overviews and generative AI cross-reference multiple sources to build their answers, and inconsistent information stops them from confidently identifying you as the right reference. Presence Management’s role is to guarantee this consistency automatically, across all your broadcast platforms.
A business’s ranking, on Google as well as in AI responses, rests on the same foundations: complete, up-to-date listings (opening hours, photos, categories, attributes), identical information across all broadcast platforms, and actively managed customer reviews. Each of these elements enriches the local data for your outlets, helping Google position you in the Local Pack and helping AI agents identify you as a reliable source to cite. With Presence Management, you can act on all these levers from a single interface, listing by listing or across your whole network, to improve both your SEO and your GEO.
GEO tracking is carried out through one of our official partners, a GEO specialist. It measures your presence in the responses generated by the main LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) and tracks your visibility against competitors on these new search channels.
Four methods are available:
1. Manually: business by business, directly from the Partoo app (for one-off updates, for example).
2. By Excel file: we send you a file to fill in, which we then integrate.
3. Via the Partoo API: your technical team updates your data from your own system, or we automatically retrieve your data using an API key.
4. Via FTP Puller: you upload your information to a server, and Partoo retrieves and publishes it.
Our teams will help you choose the method best suited to your organisation.
You update the information just once in Partoo (manually, in bulk, or via API), and the change is automatically propagated across all the relevant platforms. This is especially useful for public holidays, building works or seasonal hour changes, when the risk of forgetting to update a platform is highest.
Three indicators let you track this impact:
– the dissemination of your local information (the number of sites where your customers can find you),
– the visibility of your listings (clicks, calls and direction requests generated),
– your website’s local SEO (its average ranking on Google searches related to your business).
Presence Management handles the factual information about your businesses (opening hours, categories, photos, attributes, etc.) and its broadcast across search engines and directories. Review Management, on the other hand, centralises and manages the customer reviews left on those same platforms. The two are complementary: an up-to-date, well-rated listing is the foundation of strong local visibility.
On average, our customers see a measurable improvement in their indicators (calls, direction requests, website visits) after 4 months of use. This timeframe reflects how long it takes for information to spread across each platform, and the gradual nature of local SEO, which is built over time rather than overnight.
Yes. Partoo offers solutions suited to networks of all sizes, with onboarding journeys and pricing adjusted to the number of outlets and the complexity of your local visibility needs.
The final decision is always yours. Partoo provides personalised recommendations (categories, attributes, photos to add) based on Google best practice and analysis of your sector, but every change requires your approval before it goes live.
Yes, the Partoo mobile app (rated 4.9/5 on iOS and Android, with more than 30,000 downloads) lets local teams update their business information in just a few clicks, wherever they are. They can also check their listing’s Google Business Profile statistics on the go, with no computer needed.
Yes. You can manage your business information centrally, from head office, or delegate this to your local teams so they can adjust the details specific to their own business (one-off hours, photos, etc.). A tailored permissions system lets you keep overall control while delegating what needs to be delegated, business by business or by group of businesses.
Within Presence Management, AI plays a role at several levels: personalised recommendations analyse your listings and prioritise the actions with the biggest impact on your visibility (categories, attributes, missing photos, etc.). An AI agent connected to the Partoo MCP can also query your Google statistics directly, such as the keywords driving the most views on your listings, without you needing to open the platform.
No, no Presence Management solution (including Partoo’s) can broadcast directly to AI. Generative AI has no direct publication interface: it builds its answers by cross-referencing the sources it considers reliable (directories, GPS, reviews, websites). By harmonising your information across all these platforms, Presence Management helps you become one of these reliable, consistent sources, increasing your chances of being identified as a trusted source by these AI tools.
Yes. Thanks to Partoo’s MCP (Model Context Protocol), your AI agent can retrieve the statistics for your Google listings itself (number of views, keywords driving the most searches to your businesses), without you needing to open a dashboard. The Partoo MCP is available to all our customers; for bulk data updates or more in-depth analysis, the Partoo app and API connections remain the go-to tools.
