Partoo’s intelligent tagging is easy to use and fully integrated into your interface. Here are the key steps:

1. Tag selection: Choose from a list of predefined tags, create your own custom tags, or let the AI suggest them for you! Every six months, Jim, Partoo’s AI agent, analyses your 1,000 most recent reviews to identify the main themes expressed by customers and propose new recommended tags. The result: a more precise, consistent review analysis that is perfectly aligned with your customers’ actual expectations.
2. Configuration: Set the maximum number of tags to assign per review, and enable or disable the feature at any time.
3. Retroactivity: Apply automatic tags to your older reviews to gain a comprehensive view of your reputation over time. You can enable tagging for reviews up to 24 months old using the retroactivity tool. Then, specify the locations for which you want to apply retroactivity.
4. Managing old tags: You can choose to keep previously applied manual tags, or replace them with new tags configured in the Auto tags tab.
5. Analysis: View the results of the tag analysis in the Statistics section of the Review Management tool. Intuitive graphs will help you quickly identify the strengths and weaknesses of your offerings and business.
