The “Reserve with Google” feature is integrated into your Google Business Profile listing so users can book an appointment for a consultation, blood test, etc., in just a few clicks via Google Search or Maps. The great news is a few months ago, all healthcare facilities became eligible for this feature: clinics, hospitals, dentists, veterinarians, doctors, opticians, pharmacies, etc. Here’s how it works!
Accessible via Google Search and Google Maps, the Reserve with Google feature makes booking an appointment on Google a cinch, so current or future patients benefit from a hassle-free system. It capitalises on the fact that most patients search for local medical services and Google is their usual browser.
The Reserve with Google feature lets patients book an appointment directly via the healthcare facility’s Google Business Profile, thanks to a blue “Book online” that appears when searching on Google Maps and in a Google local pack. By clicking the button, the user is redirected to the healthcare facility’s booking page where they can make an appointment in a matter of seconds.
